Returns: Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is sent to you. If you are not satisfied with the goods or if you believe the item to be faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 10 days and we can exchange the items. All products must be returned in their original packaging, failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept the return. Parcels are returned at your own cost and as such, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for the item only once it has been received by ourselves. Items lost in transit shall not be treated as returned. We will, of course, refund postage on items that arrive damaged.
